SV Migration Center Exadata Partner Hub
General Description
ISV Migration Center (IMC) has a mission to assist partners, both System Integrators and packaged solution providers, in mastering, and taking full advantage of the Oracle product stack. For the Romanian IMC we are looking for a self-motivated consultant who has a broad fussion middleware product knowledge, excellent communication skills and enjoy working in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of Oracle based partner solutions, including migration from legacy and competitive environments.
- Deliver technical briefings and skills transfer workshops on Oracle’s products stack to broad audiences with consistent quality.
- Respond quickly and with accuracy and insight to partner inquiries on detailed technical issues, platform strategy and product directions via meetings, email, web conferences and telephone.
- Advise and assist Partners in developing best of breed solutions on Oracle.
- Actively participate in technical special interest groups.
- Create technical briefings, workshops and developer resource kits for IMC use across ECEMEA region
Skills / Experience
Deep knowledge of Oracle’s Database Technology, ideally based around the Oracle Database 11g releases with built-in features (e.g. ASM, SecureFiles, etc) & particular experience with Database Options (especially RAC, Partitioning, Oracle Grid, In Memory Caching). All relevant Oracle Database Certifications will be considered a plus.
Knowledge and experience with Oracle Enginnered and Optimized Server & Storage HW Systems, especially Exadata DB Machine.
Experienced with Operating systems Linux & Solaris and Virtualization Technologies Broad understanding of Oracle’s products stack and strategies in addition to a highly focused specialization in the Database area. Competitive product awareness Oracle Database Migration & Data Integration experience, especially with Oracle Integration Solutions (ODI & Golden Gate) is a bonus. Interested in Technology subjects e.g. Grid & Cloud Computing, Virtualization, Quality Assurance, etc Ability to master new technologies and products quickly and understand implications to existing and future systems. Exceptional communication skills: presentation, written, verbal, skills transfer. Positive customer service & orientation attitude. Fluent English. Engage Work with senior client staff, from both a business and IT perspective. Strong problem solving, planning and self-management skills. Good self-organization and ability to work independently on complex issues.

Skills / Experience
- Good knowledge of Oracle’s Business Intelligence systems, ideally based around the Oracle 11g releases with particular experience of at least one of Oracle’s OBIEE+, BI Apps, Essbase and Hyperion technologies.
- Technical experience with Oracle products in a consulting, support or sales consulting role.
- Broad understanding of Oracle’s products stack and strategies in addition to a highly focused specialization in the Analytics area. Competitive product knowledge and migration experience are a plus.
- Ability to master new technologies and products quickly and understand implications to existing and future systems.
- Exceptional communication skills: presentation, written, verbal, skills transfer.
- Positive attitude & customer service orientation.
- Fluent English plus other languages as a bonus.
- Good self-organization and ability to work independently on complex issues.

Account Manager Networking Indirect Sales
Main skills:
• Previous Cisco sales experience is a must
• Strong positive IT solutions sales focus, partnering skills, excellent telephone and personal communications
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high-stress/fast-paced and performance-based work environment
• Capacity to work on several tasks and projects at the same time
• An existing general knowledge of IT products and business
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Complex problem solving abilities
• Proven experience in IT sales
Main responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, influential and collaborative business relationships with the resellers within the assigned area, promote and sell Omnilogic’s networking products and solutions for the purpose of achieving the individual quota of sales, maintain business relationships with the allocated vendors (including negotiating for best acquisition prices, reporting, keeping up to date with Technology).

System Engineer Networking Indirect Sales
Main skills:
• University graduate and CCNA certification are a must
• Any other networking certification (especially Cisco) is an advantage
• Proven experience in designing and installing networking solutions
• Ability to rapidly learn and assimilate new technologies and products
• Strong positive IT solutions focus, partnering skills, excellent telephone and personal communications
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high-stress/fast-paced and performance-based work environment

Main responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance presales to Omnilogic’s partners and sometimes postsales.
• Analyze customer requirements and develops proposals, specifications and technical annexes for tenders.
• Provides support for partners in installing and configuring equipment and advice and trains them.
• Provides technical consulting and training for Omnilogic’s sales team and partners.
• Build and maintain strong, influential and collaborative business relationships with the partners, promote Omnilogic’s networking products and solutions, maintain business relationships with the allocated vendors (from the specific job responsabilites point of view).

* Promote company image and products according to the company sales policy;
* Initiate contacts with potential clients and develop relations with the current clients within the assigned market segment;
* Initiate offers and follow up their progress;
* Play interface between the assigned vendors and other persons in the company, involved in promoting the related products.
Main responsibilities:
* Maintain and develop relations with organizations within the assigned market segment and with key persons involved in decision taking;
* Keep track on projects, programs and requirements on the market segment of responsibility and submit the acquired information to the supervisor, necessary to future order approval;
* Promote company image and distributed products (brands);
* Provides a high level of customer satisfaction requirements in accordance with the company's sales policy;
* Initiate offers and sustain them;
* Control processing of internal orders based on previous offers;
* Follow up on deliveries to the assigned clients;
* Follow up on payments to be effected on due dates; provide the resulting information to the department manager;
* Keep permanently in touch with the assigned vendors;
* Get information on competition prices for assigned products; provide the department manager with the resulting information;
* Inform all the persons involved in products promotion on new and/or altered prices received from the assigned vendors;
* Submit prices for assigned products to the department manager's approval, in accordance with effective costs and market prices;
* Submit promotional campaigns for the assigned products to the department manager's approval;
* Submit supply orders for the assigned products to the department manager's approval;
* Keep track on the assigned product stock status and inform the department manager, in due time, on the slow stock rotation;
* Initiate periodically sales reports and stock reports for the assigned products and submit them to the vendors;
* Support colleagues in the department in initiating offers including assigned products and obtaining special prices from vendors;
* Follow up and solve requests for damaged products return;
* Accomplish the objectives set up by the department manager;
* Accomplish any other task assigned by the direct supervisor or by the General Manager.
Requirements:
* University degree;
* Experience in sales - 5 years minimum;
* Experience in retail sales - 3 years minimum;
* Communication skills;
* Ability to maintain good relations with the business partners;
* Negotiation skills;
* English language - advanced level;
* Driving license B cat. - free of traffic incidents.
