Omnilogic, the Romanian IT&C leader, finished the SoftNet Development & Consulting's (SDC) acquiring process. SDC is one of the most proeminent software and IT services companies in Romania, and belonged to SoftNet Group. Omnilogic has bought 100% of the SoftNet Development & Consulting shares. The contract was sealed by Mr. Vasile Baltac, president SoftNet Group, and Mr. Gabriel Marin, managing director Omnilogic. Our company guaranteed a place for Mr. Baltac in the directors board for at least two years, while sustaining the transition period. Omnilogic will preserve the SoftNet Development & Consulting (SDC) trademark. The executive management of SDC will remain the same, with Mr. Mihai Popescu as CEO SoftNet Development & Consulting.
