Omnilogic is Field Delivery Support Provider for Oracle in

Croatia and Serbia

Bucharest, August 30, 2013 - OMNILOGIC, a Platinum member of Oracle® PartnerNetwork (OPN) and Value Added Distributor of Oracle products and technology in Romania, Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia, today announced it has become an authorized Field Delivery Partner (FDP) for Oracle in Croatia and Serbia.

Omnilogic will deliver the technical support services in a professional manner, consistent with industry standards. Omnilogic provides local email, phone and on-site field support for preventive and remedial maintenance services for clients who are subscribed under the Oracle Premier Support Program.

FDP is a technical component of the strategic partnership with Oracle, a program who can help customers through partners to resolve critical issues, to resolve on-site hardware replacement and to build very complex architecture who includes Oracle technology.
