Starting 3rd of June 2010, Omnilogic Data Center is authorized to develop electronic archiving operations based on the law no 135/2007 regarding the archiving of the documents in an electronic form according to the Order of the Ministry no. 489/15.06.2009.

To obtain this authorization Omnilogic Data Center has to meet all the conditions established by the law and the provisions of the Order of the Ministry of communications and information society according to the standards for the authorization of data centers.

The data center is authorized to develop electronic archiving operations for a 3 year time period and the authorization will be renewed under the procedure stipulated in the 489/2009 Order of the Ministry of communications and information society.
