SV Migration Center Exadata Partner Hub
General Description
ISV Migration Center (IMC) has a mission to assist partners, both System Integrators and packaged solution providers, in mastering, and taking full advantage of the Oracle product stack. For the Romanian IMC we are looking for a self-motivated consultant who has a broad fussion middleware product knowledge, excellent communication skills and enjoy working in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of Oracle based partner solutions, including migration from legacy and competitive environments.
- Deliver technical briefings and skills transfer workshops on Oracle’s products stack to broad audiences with consistent quality.
- Respond quickly and with accuracy and insight to partner inquiries on detailed technical issues, platform strategy and product directions via meetings, email, web conferences and telephone.
- Advise and assist Partners in developing best of breed solutions on Oracle.
- Actively participate in technical special interest groups.
- Create technical briefings, workshops and developer resource kits for IMC use across ECEMEA region
Skills / Experience
Deep knowledge of Oracle’s Database Technology, ideally based around the Oracle Database 11g releases with built-in features (e.g. ASM, SecureFiles, etc) & particular experience with Database Options (especially RAC, Partitioning, Oracle Grid, In Memory Caching). All relevant Oracle Database Certifications will be considered a plus.
Knowledge and experience with Oracle Enginnered and Optimized Server & Storage HW Systems, especially Exadata DB Machine.
Experienced with Operating systems Linux & Solaris and Virtualization Technologies Broad understanding of Oracle’s products stack and strategies in addition to a highly focused specialization in the Database area. Competitive product awareness Oracle Database Migration & Data Integration experience, especially with Oracle Integration Solutions (ODI & Golden Gate) is a bonus. Interested in Technology subjects e.g. Grid & Cloud Computing, Virtualization, Quality Assurance, etc Ability to master new technologies and products quickly and understand implications to existing and future systems. Exceptional communication skills: presentation, written, verbal, skills transfer. Positive customer service & orientation attitude. Fluent English. Engage Work with senior client staff, from both a business and IT perspective. Strong problem solving, planning and self-management skills. Good self-organization and ability to work independently on complex issues.

Skills / Experience
- Good knowledge of Oracle’s Business Intelligence systems, ideally based around the Oracle 11g releases with particular experience of at least one of Oracle’s OBIEE+, BI Apps, Essbase and Hyperion technologies.
- Technical experience with Oracle products in a consulting, support or sales consulting role.
- Broad understanding of Oracle’s products stack and strategies in addition to a highly focused specialization in the Analytics area. Competitive product knowledge and migration experience are a plus.
- Ability to master new technologies and products quickly and understand implications to existing and future systems.
- Exceptional communication skills: presentation, written, verbal, skills transfer.
- Positive attitude & customer service orientation.
- Fluent English plus other languages as a bonus.
- Good self-organization and ability to work independently on complex issues.

Account Manager Networking Indirect Sales
Cerinte:
• Experienta anterioara in vanzare de produse Cisco este o necesitate
• Puternice abilitati de vanzari IT, abilitati de parteneriat, excelente abilitati de comunicare atat prin intermediul telefonului cat si personale
• Abilitatea de a mentine o atitudine pozitiva intr-un mediu de lucru stresant, cu un ritm de lucru rapid si bazat pe performanta
• Capacitatea de a lucra pe mai multe sarcini si proiecte in acelasi timp
• Cunostinte la nivel general despre produsele si mediul de afaceri IT

Responsabilitati principale:
Construirea si mentinerea unei relatii puternice, influente si colaborative de afaceri cu partenerii din zona alocata, promovarea si vanzarea produselor si solutiilor de networking in scopul de a atinge cota individuala de vanzari, mentine relatii de afaceri cu furnizorii alocati (inclusiv negocierea celor mai bune preturi de achizitie, raportarea si actualizarea cu informatii din domeniul tehnologiei).

System Engineer Networking Indirect Sales
Cerinte:
• Absolvirea studiilor superioare si certificarea CCNA sunt cerinte obligatorii
• Orice alte certificari din zona de networking (in special Cisco) reprezinta un avantaj
• Experienta dovedita in proiectarea si instalarea de solutii de networking
• Abilitatea de a invata si asimila rapid cunostinte noi despre produse si tehnologii
• Puternice abilitati de concentrare pe solutii IT, abilitati de parteneriat, excelente abilitati de comunicare atat prin intermediul telefonului cat si personale
• Abilitatea de a mentine o atitudine pozitiva intr-un mediu de lucru stresant, cu un ritm de lucru rapid si bazat pe performanta

Responsabilitati principale:
• Furnizarea de asistenta tehnica partenerilor Omnilogic in etapa de presales, si uneori in cea de postsales.
• Analizeaza cerintele clientilor si elaboreaza propuneri, specificatii si anexe tehnice pentru oferte.
• Furnizeaza suport partenerilor in instalarea si configurarea echipamentelor si le ofera consiliere si traininguri.
• Ofera consultanta si cursuri tehnice echipei de vanzari si partenerilor Omnilogic.

* Promovarea imaginii companiei si a produselor în conformitate cu politica de vanzare a companiei;
* Initierea de contacte cu potentiali clienti si dezvoltarea relatiilor cu clientii actuali în cadrul segmentului de piata atribuit;
* Initierea oferte si urmarirea progresului acestora;
* Interfata intre furnizorii atribuiti si alte persoane din cadrul companiei implicate in promovarea produselor conexe.
Responsabilitati principale:
* Mentinerea si dezvoltarea relatiilor cu companiile din cadrul segmentului de piata atribuit, precum si cu persoane-cheie implicate in luarea deciziilor;
* Monitorizarea proiectelor, programelor si cerintelor din segmentul de piata alocat si prezentarea informatiilor obtinute superiorului direct, necesare pentru aprobari viitoare;
* Promovarea imaginii companiei si a produselor (marcilor) comercializate ;
* Ofera un nivel ridicat de satisfactie al cerintelor clientilor, in conformitate cu politica de vanzari a companiei;
* Initierea si sustinerea ofertelor;
* Urmareste procesarea comenzilor interne bazate pe oferte anterioare;
* Urmarirea livrarilor catre clientii atribuiti;
* Urmarirea platilor si a datelor scadente; furnizarea informatiilor rezultate manager-ului de departament;
* Pastrarea permanenta a legaturii cu furnizorii atribuiti;
* Strangerea de informatii privind preturile oferite de concurenta pentru produsele alocate; prezentarea informatiile obtinute managerului de departament;
* Informeaza toate persoanele implicate in promovarea de produse noi despre noi aparitii si/sau preturi modificate primite de la furnizorii atribuiti;
* Sa trimita preturile pentru produsele atribuite spre aprobarea managerului de departament, in conformitate cu costurile efective si preturile de pe piata;
* Sa trimita campanii de promovare pentru produsele alocate spre aprobare managerului departamentului;
* Sa trimita comenzi de aprovizionare pentru produsele alocate spre aprobarea managerului departamentului;
* Monitorizarea stocurilor de produse atribuite si informarea managerului de departament, in timp util, de rotatia lenta a anumitor stocuri;
* Initierea periodica a rapoartelor de vanzari si rapoartelor de stoc pentru produsele alocate si prezentarea lor furnizorilor;
* Ofera suport colegilor din departament in initierea ofertelor pentru produsele alocate si obtinerea de preturi speciale de la furnizori;
* Urmarirea si rezolvarea cererilor de returnare a produselor deteriorate;
* Realizarea obiectivelor stabilite de managerul de departament sau de catre directorul general.
Cerinte:
* Absolvent studii superioare;
* Experienta in vanzari - minim 5 ani;
* Experienta in vanzari retail - minim 3 ani;
* Aptitudini de comunicare;
* Capacitatea de a mentine relatii bune cu partenerii de afaceri;
* Abilitati de negociere;
* Limba engleza - nivel avansat;
* Permis de conducere categ. B - Fara incidente in trafic.
